Our 1200mm Multi-blades Diamond segments for granite are
also the most competitive products in China. The cutting performance

Like 3000mm Segments, from the construction of diamond segments, we have two
types for choice.
One
is Chinese traditional Multi-layers structure, usually after cutting there will be
two or three lines (Groove) on the cutting side. This type segments can reduce
the diamond & powder cost, but the diamond and Cobalt Powder quality should be good, otherwise the segments will not cut if the granite is very hard,
or even the segments will be broken. In China market most segments are this
type, the price is very cheap even USD1.0/pc but can only cut soft granite life
is very short. we also produce this type segments
to local market.

Another is Sandwich structure, the following Photo No.1, from the cutting surface you
can not find the lines. The middle of this type segment the diamond powder
quantity is a little less than the two sides, after cutting there will be a
little Arc groove on the segments like " ( ". This the main traditional
construction in Europe and popular in the market. We have many years experiences
in this field, the cutting efficiency & life is accepted by most customers. In China there are few companies have this technic.

Regarding the specification, usually we produce 24x7.5/7.0/6.5x13mm, ">>" shape
step, the characteristic of this type segment is the cutting will be faster and
faster, like the photo No.1. Also we produce 24x7.5/6.5x12mm, 24x7.2/6.8x12mm,
24x7.0/6.5x12mm, like the photo No.2, the performance almost the same.
Regarding the performance, the most important is the cutting speed and life, for
example 20 blades per machine, the maximum cutting depth can reach 1-1.2mm when
the feed speed is over 14M/Minute for Medium hard granite, the life will be
around 180m2 per blade, for soft granite sometimes can reach 250M2.
All
the people in the world know that Chinese segments is very cheap, but most of
them ignore that cheap price based on the cheap cost of raw material, for
Multi-blades segment, this needs very high technic to produce, also the raw
material of diamond powder and Cobalt Powder should be very good, the Cobalt
powder percentage should be over 50%, so please not to believe you can get very good
products of this item from China with very low price. We recommend Sandwich
structure segments to customers, though the price seems a little higher than
Multi-layers structure Segments, however the quality is guaranteed.
